Job Description
* Conduct geotechnical design reviews and ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards.
* Oversee site activities related to excavation, piling, soil improvement, and earthworks.
* Review and validate geotechnical investigation data (boreholes, lab, and in-situ tests).
* Assess geotechnical reports and foundation recommendations and provide technical input.
* Monitor contractor performance to ensure quality, safety, and design compliance.
* Coordinate with civil and structural teams on foundation systems and ground conditions.
* Identify geotechnical risks and propose mitigation measures.
* Prepare technical reports, compliance documentation, and progress updates.

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical specialization preferred).
* 10–12+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
* Strong experience in geotechnical investigations, soil mechanics, and foundation systems.
* Experience in large-scale infrastructure or complex ground conditions (mandatory).
* Solid knowledge of piling systems, ground improvement, and excavation support methods.
* Proven experience in design review and technical validation.
* Strong coordination skills with civil and structural teams.
* Ability to review geotechnical reports and foundation recommendations.
* Certifications such as PMP, PE License, or QA/QC are a plus.
