Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are hiring a Technical Support Agent to support employees with day-to-day IT issues in a modern, cloud-based workplace. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical questions and will help users resolve common problems related to their accounts, laptops, email, and workplace software. You will work closely with users to diagnose issues, provide solutions, and escalate more complex problems to senior IT teams when necessary. This role is ideal for someone with IT support or helpdesk experience who enjoys helping people solve technical problems.
What You'll Do:
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests via ticket, email, or phone
- Troubleshoot common issues related to user accounts, laptops, and workplace tools
- Help employees with login problems, password resets, and access to systems
- Support email issues and basic software troubleshooting
- Assist with laptop setup, configuration, and device management
- Document issues and solutions in the support ticket system
- Escalate more complex issues to a higher-level/dev team when needed
- Provide a friendly, service-oriented support experience
Technical Environment: Experience with the following is desirable for this role:
- Microsoft 365
- Email systems such as Outlook / Exchange
- User account and identity management
- Device management tools (e.g., Intune / MDM)
- Windows and macOS troubleshooting

Desired Candidate Profile
What We re Looking For:
- Native or near-native in German (min. C1) & professional proficiency in English (MUST), both spoken & written
- 2-5 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Service Desk roles
- Experience supporting end users in a business environment
- Familiarity with ticketing or IT support systems
- Hands-on and working experience of Microsoft Exchange tools, environment, and solutions such as Intune, Active Directory, etc.
