Under5 Preschool

Deliver German language lessons and activities according to the schoolu2019s approved curriculum and academic planner.

• Prepare and conduct interactive, age-appropriate lessons that develop vocabulary, pronunciation, listening, and speaking skills.

• Incorporate songs, stories, games, and hands-on activities to create a natural and enjoyable language-learning experience.

• Observe, assess, and document each childu2019s language progress and overall development regularly.

• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet diverse learning needs and language levels.

Classroom Environment

• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stimulating classroom that encourages curiosity and creativity.

• Create an immersive German-speaking environment where children feel confident to communicate and explore.

• Ensure all learning materials and resources are well-prepared and aligned with the weekly lesson plans.

• Establish positive routines and classroom rules that promote respect, cooperation, and a love for learning languages.

Child Care & Safety

• Supervise children closely at all times, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

• Support children during daily routines including meals, hygiene, and transitions throughout the day.

• Manage classroom behavior positively and encourage self-regulation and social-emotional growth.

Parent & Team Collaboration

• Collaborate effectively with homeroom teachers, assistants, and the academic coordinator to ensure consistency in teaching and child development goals.

• Participate actively in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
