Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design asset lifecycle workflows linking GIS asset data, CMMS maintenance processes, inspection data, and operational systems.
Define integration frameworks between GIS and enterprise systems (CMMS/EAM, DMS, ERP, document management, inspection platforms).
Design enterprise asset data models, asset hierarchies, and coding structures aligned with GIS and CMMS requirements.
Define standards for asset data synchronization between GIS and CMMS including validation rules, reconciliation workflows, and QA/QC processes.
Support the implementation and configuration of asset management workflows in CMMS and GIS platforms.
Collaborate with GIS developers, analysts, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure system designs meet operational and regulatory requirements.
Define reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics requirements to support asset performance monitoring and operational decision making.
Develop technical design documentation including solution architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and SOPs.
Support testing, system validation, and acceptance of new GIS and CMMS functionalities during implementation and upgrades.
