Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As Global HR Manager, you will lead and oversee Excis's worldwide Human Resources function. Initially remote, this role will transition to office-based in Quezon City once the new facility is operational. You will manage a team of 10 HR professionals, driving HR strategy and harmonizing practices across multiple regions. This strategic leadership role requires expertise in international HR operations, compliance with labor laws in diverse jurisdictions, global mobility, and workforce planning for a complex multinational organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute global HR strategies aligned with business goals across all regions.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of HR professionals.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversee global recruitment initiatives, employer branding, and talent management.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive, regionally compliant C&B programs supporting diverse markets.
- Global Compliance: Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and international employment legislation across Asia-Pacific, EMEA, and Americas.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Promote a positive, inclusive work culture by designing engagement programs and diversity initiatives.
- Workforce Planning & Mobility: Manage global mobility and workforce planning to support business growth and continuity.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Utilize HR data and advanced analytics to inform decision-making and optimize HR processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 10 years of progressive human resource management experience in multinational environments, with at least 3 years in senior leadership roles. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law and international labor regulations. Proven experience managing HR compliance and operations across multiple global regions (Asia-Pacific, EMEA, Americas). Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural communication skills. HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent are preferred. Strategic thinker with a strong ability to influence at executive levels and drive organizational change.
