Roles & Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute the global social media strategy across X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram, and other emerging platforms.
  • Build, grow, and activate our global trader community, enhancing engagement, loyalty, and brand reputation.
  • Align social media initiatives with business objectives, using content and community operations to drive user growth and retention.
  • Stay ahead of social trends and developments in the crypto industry, proposing innovative strategies that keep the brand at the forefront.
  • Transform cultural moments and trending topics into highly engaging social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, operations, and PR teams to ensure social media supports overall business growth.
  • Establish SOPs and frameworks for team collaboration, ensuring efficient and high-quality execution across the social media team.

Desired Candidate Profile

What Were Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in social media, community management, or digital marketing, preferably with international exposure.
  • Deep understanding of crypto or Web3 culture and ecosystem.
  • Proven experience managing global communities, planning and executing highly engaging campaigns.
  • Familiarity with X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram, and other social platforms.
  • Strong market and social trend awareness, able to convert cultural trends into high-engagement activities.
  • Portfolio demonstrating social storytelling, content strategy, and innovative campaign execution.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on user growth and measurable impact.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent execution skills, project management experience, and team leadership capabilities.
  • Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, proactively solving problems and driving results.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
