Role Overview

In the role of Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will spearhead the recruiting efforts across various locations, collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs and devise effective recruitment strategies. The successful candidate will utilise their time management skills, customer focus, and teamwork abilities to manage the full-cycle recruitment process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with global hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the role.
  • Implement and manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to source potential candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience by maintaining consistent communication and providing timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to develop initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process.
  • Track recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices to ensure the adoption of innovative talent acquisition strategies.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to handle multiple recruitments simultaneously.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and ability to understand client needs.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaborative capabilities, working effectively in a global team environment.
  • Clear and impactful communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Significant technical experience in the use of recruitment software and tools.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with global or international exposure.
