Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Lead and oversee all formwork and scaffolding operations across multiple construction projects ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution.

  2. Develop and implement scaffolding strategies, erection plans, and resource allocation to optimize productivity and project delivery.

  3. Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations, HSE standards, and engineering specifications for all temporary works activities.

  4. Manage project budgets, manpower planning, procurement, and utilization of formwork systems and scaffolding materials effectively.

  5. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.

  6. Drive operational excellence through cost control, risk management, quality assurance, and process improvement initiatives.

  7. Mentor and lead large engineering and site execution teams while maintaining strong client relationships and achieving business targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidates must have experience in high-rise and group villa projects

  • Experience with A-tier main contractors is mandatory

  • Candidates must be available in the UAE for face-to-face interviews

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 20+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects within the GCC/UAE region.

  • Proven leadership experience managing multi-project operations, site teams, subcontractors, and project execution strategies.

  • Excellent knowledge of HSE regulations, OSHA standards, risk assessment, and construction safety practices.

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost optimization, procurement, and contract management.
