Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Business Head to lead and manage our Manufacturing & Construction Verticals, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and profitability. The role will carry full P&L responsibility and oversee the end-to-end business cycle from business development to execution, project delivery, and final collections.

Key Business Verticals
Manufacturing
- Structural Steel Fabrication & Pre-Engineered Buildings End-to-End Design & Build capabilities.
- Oil & Gas Manufacturing Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Tanks & Piping (ASME Approved facility).
- Precast Infrastructure & Buildings Complete Design & Build capabilities.

Construction
- Civil Construction of Industrial Projects
- MEP Construction HV/LV/ELV/Instrumentation, OHT & HVAC.
- Electro-Mechanical Works Erection & Commissioning of Industrial Facilities, including Steel, Rotary & Static Equipment, Pumps, Valves, and Electrical works.

Minor Verticals
- Rebar Cut & Bend Services.
- MEP Duct Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead business strategy, operations, and financial performance across assigned verticals.
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of projects with adherence to quality and HSE standards.
- Drive business development initiatives and client relationship management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior teams across multiple disciplines.
- Ensure strong cost control, risk management, and collections.
- Represent the company with government, regulatory, and industry stakeholders.
