• Project Management Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management

Job Challenges Technology Absorption, Technology Transfer of performance products. Implement the cost reduction initiatives with minimum resources, safely and in time bound manner. Generate technical/technological solutions for scale-up of prototype plant to mega scale plant with the help of research institutes. Develop and successfully commercialize the identified products within stipulated time and budget. Develop vibrant technical manpower & retain them for longer period.
