As our Go-To-Market Manager, your mission is to be the Launcher. You won t just launch features. You ll launch new markets, unlock new continents. That means analyzing patterns, getting under the users skin, inhaling lots of data, and helping us formulate the right strategy, set targets, assess resources. And ultimately - shape perceptions and behaviors of millions of people.

You re equal parts strategist, data geek, creative soul, and storyteller. You see strategy through execution, bring structure to chaos, and create clarity for every person on the team working on the launch.

Responsibilities:

• Research, plan and execute Market launches and GTM strategy across Europe, Middle East, Asia and Americas.
• Formulate launch playbooks, systematising lessons learnt.
• Lead projects and own GTM timelines, resource allocation, and operational readiness.
• Align teams (Growth, Product, Operations, Compliance) around successful delivery.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in GTM, Strategy/BD/Marketing roles in consumer tech, fintech, crypto projects.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional launches and projects.
• Strong strategy and project management skills.
• English fluency from B2 level and above.
