Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Overview of Role:
The role of the Product Data Coordinator is to provide support to the mission of the Goldstar Product Data team to deliver accurate, robust product data, and to support the Goldstar sales and customer care teams. Additional tasks will be to help organise, maintain, and publish Goldstar product information and content using software including PIM, MCP, Oracle, Repoman, ATP, Goldstar Website Admin, and other platforms as necessary. You will work with a variety of web-based programs to launch and manage products, images, and information in support of Goldstar s product data needs, supporting all existing and new products across multiple locales, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Additionally, there will be various projects to support our GS needs for data gathering, spreadsheets, and presentations, as well as language translations, management of product data files and day-to-day support for Goldstar team needs.
Primary responsibilities
Support GS Sales and Customer Care teams by helping answer product questions.
Work with Product Data Team Lead to assembledetailed product data and process improvements for new and existing products.
Assure items are activated in PIM, MCP and other systems, working with appropriate teams for any corrections.
Track inventories of active SKUs and communicate stock status issues.
Direct editing of new GS website platform with product updates, new/phaseout SKUs, and any changes needed to keep information up to date.
Maintain Product Image & Template library, working with NPI & GS graphic artists as needed.
Maintain Goldstar channel data and images in PIM.
Work with Samples Dept., Quality Control and Production teams as needed.
Help maintain a library of GS Compliance documentation.
Manage Product databases and data files as needed.
Language translations employ meticulous attention-to-detail in translating marketing materials from English into other languages, then proof reading and sign-off for printing.
Other duties and projects as required including but not limited to samples service support, Industry Market research, and other support tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous Experience and qualifications
Bachelor s Degree
2+ years in a previous product, administrative, marketing or online/data management role.
Key Skills and attributes
Languages Written and oral fluency in English and French languages is required, in addition, working knowledge of German, or Italian would be a plus.
Meticulous attention to detail is one of the most important skills for this role you will be able to demonstrate how you let nothing slip through the cracks.
Knowledge of Cimpress MCP, PIM, and similar systems, is a big advantage.
Computer literacy and proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications and Excel in particular database experience is a plus.
Strong administrative abilities - excellent organisation and time management skills and a capacity to manage multiple projects.
Problem solving skills - The ability to think on your feet, the ability to work hard under pressure, and great problem-solving skills three essential attributes for this role.
A sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
