Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests and members upon arrival at the golf facility, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures for golfers, including verifying reservations and processing payments.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding tee times, course availability, and facility services.
- Coordinate and schedule tee times, ensuring efficient use of the golf course and accommodating guest preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and guest information using the reservation system.
- Provide information about golf course rules, events, and promotions to guests and members.
- Assist with retail sales of golf merchandise, equipment, and accessories at the reception area.
- Liaise with golf course staff, caddies, and management to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed.
- Support the organization of golf tournaments, special events, and group bookings.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-3 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably within a resort or sports facility.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using reservation and point-of-sale systems.
Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a luxury hospitality environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the golf facility.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest service.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings and payments.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues.
Commitment to upholding the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service.
