Goods Receiver - ADCOOP MAIR GROUP - P.J.S.C

To receive and check the incoming goods from suppliers and to review all the documents upon receiving

Operations:

· Checks and receives all the incoming goods to the Branch

· Supervises on the unloading activities to avoid goods damaging

· Conducts a check on the goods and segregates the damaged items

· Signs the documents and/or transfers to the concerned personal(s) to obtain signatures

· Maintains the receiving area space by moving items to the designated places

· Keeps the receiving area clean and maintain the hygiene conditions in it

Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)

· Provide EHS information, training and supervision to staff

· Assist with the preparation of risk assessments;

· Ensure application of appropriate risk control measures;

· Reporting of EHS hazards and incidents

· Taking care of health and safety of employees within their area

· Understanding and enforcing ADCOOPS EHS Policy and Procedures

· Ensuring the staff wear the appropriate personal protective equipment

· Advising staff of the existence of potential or existing hazards of which the supervisor is aware

· Investigating and determining causes of all accidents and injuries and initiating corrective actions

· Identifying and informing superiors of EHS concerns
