Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Local Services)

  • Build and optimize high-conversion campaigns for urgent, intent-driven searches
  • Conduct deep keyword research focused on emergency, call-based, and location-based queries
  • Optimize bids, budgets, ad copy, and extensions to maximize lead quality and reduce CPL
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking (calls, forms, WhatsApp, GA4, GTM)
  • Monitor performance daily and react fast to underperforming campaigns
  • Deliver clear performance reports with actionable insights
  • Collaborate on SEO strategy to align paid and organic traffic for maximum ROI
  • 5 10 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (non-negotiable)
  • 2+ years of practical SEO experience (local SEO preferred)
  • Proven success with lead generation and call-based campaigns
  • Strong understanding of local intent, emergency funnels, and high-urgency user behavior
  • Experience with GA4, GTM, and advanced conversion tracking
  • Ability to work independently, manage budgets, and hit performance targets
