About You
We are seeking a dedicated Google Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team. This role is ideal for a performance-driven professional with proven expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. You ll be responsible for driving measurable results such as lead generation, brand awareness, and return on ad spend (ROAS) through the strategic use of Google s advertising platforms, including Search and Display.
The ideal candidate will bring a data-driven mindset, excellent organizational skills, and deep familiarity with the North American digital advertising landscape. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, launch, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns with a focus on Search and Display networks.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to guide campaign strategy.
• Troubleshoot and optimize tracking implementations to ensure data accuracy and visibility into key actions such as form submissions, purchases, and other goals.
• Write and test compelling ad copy and support the creation of ad visuals and landing pages to boost engagement and conversion rates.
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns through A/B testing and performance analysis to improve KPIs like CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Analyze campaign performance data using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Generate detailed campaign reports and communicate performance insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay informed about the latest updates in Google Ads, conversion tracking best practices, and industry trends to ensure cutting-edge campaign execution.
• Collaborate with content, design, and broader marketing teams to align paid media efforts with business objectives.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
• Deep understanding of Google Ads features, campaign types, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
• Proven ability to manage advertising campaigns in the North American market.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other performance measurement tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first approach.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
• Google Ads certification (Search, Display, or Shopping) is a strong asset.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in B2B and/or B2C industries with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Familiarity with programmatic advertising and retargeting strategies.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
