Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value search terms that align with campaign goals and target audience.
  • Create and optimize compelling ad copy across multiple formats, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and audience needs.
  • Develop and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, including search, display, and shopping ads, to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics daily, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to evaluate ad variations, landing pages, and targeting options, optimizing for maximum ROI.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Ads reporting tools, presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Manage budget allocations effectively, ensuring optimal spend across campaigns while meeting performance targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, Google Ads platform changes, and competitor strategies to inform campaign adjustments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO, content, and design, to create cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on best practices in Google Ads management, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, demonstrating proficiency in PPC strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, providing foundational knowledge in digital marketing principles.
  • Google Ads certification is required, showcasing expertise in the platform and commitment to professional development.
  • Experience in e-commerce or lead generation industries is preferred, enabling a deeper understanding of conversion tactics.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting, allowing for comprehensive performance assessments.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
