Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Beirut team on-site. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms to drive measurable results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CPA, CTR, and other KPIs.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with design teams to create compelling ad creatives.
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.
Desired Candidate Profile
4 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid advertising platforms.
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, etc.).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
On-site presence in Beirut, Lebanon
