Roles & Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in governance, compliance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance frameworks
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess compliance practices and recommend improvements
  • Knowledge and experience in Legal and Regulatory Compliance
  • Excellent Communication skills to provide clear guidance and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Proven ability to navigate compliance-related challenges and adapt to evolving regulations
  • Demonstrated understanding of corporate governance best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or professional certifications are an advantage)
  • Experience in advising clients on compliance and governance matters is preferred
  • Familiarity with Saudi regulatory and governance frameworks (e.g. Capital Market Authority regulations, Ministry of Commerce requirements).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • As a Governance and Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring clients meet regulatory compliance standards, providing guidance on legal compliance, and assisting with the development of corporate governance frameworks. You will analyze and interpret regulations, prepare compliance assessments, and communicate clearly and effectively with clients to recommend solutions. This is a full-time, remote role that requires collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve organizational compliance and governance goals.
