Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Design and implement governance processes to enhance DAO efficiency and decentralisation.
Manage the full lifecycle of proposals, from initial submission through to implementation and tracking.
Oversee the grant program, from coordinating technical reviews to monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely reporting.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement, supporting communication with delegates and contributors, and organising governance calls.
Drive community engagement by launching initiatives to increase DAO participation and promoting transparency and inclusivity in governance.
Develop and maintain clear governance documentation and knowledge bases.
Coordinate with delegates, core contributors, and the wider community to ensure alignment on all governance initiatives.
Requirements
A proven track record in operations or project management, specifically within the DeFi or Web3 space.
Experience in DAO governance and a demonstrated ability to design and implement effective governance processes.
Practical experience in proposal management, from the initial submission to tracking its full implementation.
Hands-on experience managing a grants programme, including coordinating technical reviews and tracking deliverables.
A background in stakeholder management, with a proven ability to coordinate with delegates, core contributors, and the wider community.
Experience with governance tooling and managing documentation platforms.
Skills
Technical Documentation Platforms (Docusaurus preferred)
Collaboration Tools (Github, project management software)
Analysing and improving existing workflows to enhance efficiency and decentralisation.
Communication & Facilitation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including running productive governance calls and mediating discussions.
Strategic Thinking: Launching initiatives that increase community participation and engagement.
Analytical Skills: Collecting and using data to shape governance improvements and track proposal outcomes.
Stakeholder Management: Fostering a transparent and inclusive environment, ensuring alignment among diverse stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Creating and maintaining clear, accurate governance records and documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
