Roles & Responsibilities
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Governance / Reporting Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to create and maintain governance frameworks, ensuring data accuracy, and producing reports for senior management and stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing:
Key duties include managing reporting processes, analyzing data to provide insights, ensuring compliance with standards, and coordinating with different departments to gather information and resolve issues.
- Prepare high-quality, timely, and accurate reports, dashboards, and presentations for various governance bodies, such as boards and committees. Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and project performance.
- Oversee the implementation and adherence to governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. Coordinate and document board and committee meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action points.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of project and corporate data. Liaise with stakeholders to gather data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain data standards.
- Monitor and report on risks and issues, collaborating with risk owners to develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Act as a key point of contact, liaising with various stakeholders across different departments to gather information, manage expectations, and communicate outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement in governance and reporting processes, and implement new tools or automation where appropriate. Lead lessons learned processes.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Law, or other related field.
- 10+ years of Trade Compliance related experience, to include supervisory experience, ideally in defense and technology industries
