Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Implement and support Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) frameworks
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
Provide support in contract management and legal advisory activities
Identify, assess, and mitigate organizational risks
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance compliance processes
Support audits and regulatory reviews as required
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
Master’s Degree (preferred)
Professional certifications in Corporate Governance, Compliance, or Risk Management are an advantage
Key Requirements
5–10 years of experience in GRC and compliance
Experience within government or semi-government entities
Preference for candidates currently working within Abu Dhabi government entities
Strong background in:
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
Regulatory compliance
Contract management and legal advisory
