Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and regularly update governance policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Deliver training sessions and awareness programs to promote a strong compliance culture.
  • Monitor internal compliance, assess risks, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare periodic reports for senior management with insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Coordinate with regulatory authorities and ensure the company s full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CGA or CGEIT are preferred.
  • 3 5 years of experience in governance, compliance, or internal auditing.
