Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To lead regulatory compliance activities and drive effective engagement with governmental authorities while managing a team to ensure alignment with regulations and support business objectives
- Lead the execution of regulatory strategy in alignment with business priorities and F Band direction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with governmental and regulatory authorities to support business needs.
- Oversee and ensure full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies across operations.
- Manage all regulatory approvals, licenses, and permits for network, technology, and commercial activities.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of regulatory specialists to ensure high performance and capability development
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and government procedures.
- Proven people management and leadership skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret regulations and assess business impact.
- Negotiation and influencing skills with government entities
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Law, Political Science, Business Administration or equivalent.
- 5 8 years of experience in regulatory or government relations roles
