Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Demonstrating experience in all governmental transactions (GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, Work visas requests, business visas requests, governmental letters).
Demonstrating experience in handling transactions similar to issuing Iqama, renewals, exit entry, etc
Demonstrating experience in dealing with Ministry of Human Resources & Social Development
Good command of Excel, preparing reports, organized sheets, data (reports specific to Saudization quotas)
Supporting the HR team to promote and maintain a high standard of service delivery to meet required deadlines.
Providing information to employees on HR/Labour policies and procedures and government related issues.
Assisting employees in dealing with issues related to Government departments.
Coordinating with Ministry senior management on relevant immigration matters.
Assisting with processing of entry visas and completing paperwork for visa designation changes when required.
Arranging attestation processing for employee s personal documents required for Government purposes.
Monitoring exit permit applications and issue where required.
Handling all stages of employee repatriation procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 5 years' relevant work experience, preferably within a large, multi-cultural organization. Please note we can only consider KSA Nationals for this position.
