Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for advertising licenses for new branches.
  • Responsible for inspections and receipts of new branches.
  • Responsible for inquiries about the geographical locations of branches.
  • Responsible for making the necessary permits and licenses for new branches (electricity - water - advertising licenses) only.
  • Responsible for supervising the implementation of maintenance contracts (fire extinguishers - alarms - fire headquarters - theft alarm).
  • Submit monthly, periodic, and annual recommendations, suggestions, and reports on the progress of work to the direct supervisor.
  • Carrying out all the work assigned to him by the direct supervisor and related to the nature of his work.
  • Develop specific safety goals and create action plans to achieve these goals.
  • Investigate accidents, prepare, and maintain the required reports, and determine the necessary precautionary measures to prevent them from happening again.
  • Responsible for raising awareness and understanding of current licensing laws and keeping abreast of any developments.
  • Responsible for coordinating with the Legal Department on cases.
