Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities



• Serve as the primary liaison with client, facility operators, and local authorities

• Process and secure site access approvals including:

• Personnel badges

• Vehicle permits

• Equipment/material passes

• IT/computer access

• Ensure compliance with site security procedures and regulatory requirements

• Track, follow up, and expedite all access requests and renewals

• Maintain accurate records of permits and approvals

• Support subcontractors with access applications and requirements

• Resolve access-related issues and coordinate with stakeholders for timely solutions

• Provide regular updates to project management on access status


Qualifications

Expected: 


• Bachelor’s degree in business administration 

• 2–5 years’ experience in government relations (GRO) or site access coordination

• Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial projects preferred

• Familiarity with Yanbu industrial area is an advantage

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Fluent in Arabic and English.

• Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
