Monitor and manage GPS tracking systems for the company s fleet and assets to ensure real-time location accuracy.

• Analyze GPS data to identify trends, optimize routes, and improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams to resolve discrepancies or issues related to vehicle tracking.
• Generate and present regular reports on fleet performance, route optimization, and asset utilization.
• Maintain and troubleshoot GPS hardware and software, ensuring all systems are functioning optimally.
• Implement security protocols to safeguard tracking data and prevent unauthorized access.
• Provide training and support to staff on the use of GPS tracking systems and related technologies.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for reducing transportation costs and improving delivery timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to fleet tracking and data privacy.
• Assist in the integration of new tracking technologies and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience working with GPS tracking systems or fleet management solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on complex data sets.
• Proficiency in using GPS tracking software and related reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues with GPS hardware and software.
• Familiarity with logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Previous exp in Itrach and GPS
