Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, fostering a dynamic learning environment.
- Assess student progress through diverse methods, providing constructive feedback to promote academic growth and individual development.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, establishing a positive and respectful atmosphere conducive to learning and collaboration.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians, sharing student progress, concerns, and strategies for home-school partnership.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, demonstrating a foundational understanding of pedagogy.
- Possesses a valid teaching license/certification, signifying official authorization to teach in the specified grade levels.
- Has experience working with elementary-aged children (Grades 1-, indicating familiarity with their developmental stages.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an elementary school setting, showcasing practical classroom expertise.
