Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Operate motor graders efficiently for road levelling, site preparation, and earthmoving works. Perform daily equipment inspection, basic maintenance, and report any faults immediately. Follow all safety rules, site instructions, and company operating procedures. Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure accurate grading as per project requirements. Must have experience as a Grader Operator in construction or rental projects. (heavy equipment industry)
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training in heavy equipment operation preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating motor graders in construction or civil engineering projects.
- Certification in heavy equipment operation or a related field is a significant advantage.
- Proven experience in grading operations with knowledge of soil types and their impact on grading effectiveness.
- Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and the ability to implement them on-site.
