Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed engineering analysis and design, creating innovative solutions for complex technical challenges, ensuring projects align with engineering principles and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and project teams to develop project specifications, technical reports, and presentations, contributing to the overall success of engineering initiatives.
  • Support the mentoring and training of junior engineers and interns, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster professional development.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
  • Stay updated with the latest engineering technologies, trends, and best practices, proactively researching and implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (relevant discipline) from an accredited university.
  • Holds relevant certifications, such as EIT or FE (Engineer in Training/Fundamentals of Engineering) is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
  • Shows a proactive approach to learning and professional development, with a strong work ethic.
  • Has a minimum of 0-2 years of work experience in an engineering-related role.
  • Exhibits strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
