Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in Developing and manage detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk assessments.
Ensure accurate, timely, and consistent project reporting in line with organizational standards.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, RFIs, variations, and change orders.
Ensure full compliance with Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health policies, manuals, and procedures.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager or supervisor.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized and accredited university.
3 years of experience supporting large scale infrastructure or city development projects.
Exposure to government or semi-government programs and projects is an added advantage.
Basic understanding of project planning, cost control, scheduling, and construction coordination principles.
Familiarity with project management and reporting tools such as Primavera P6 and/or MS Project is preferred.
Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a willingness to learn.
Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
