Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in Developing and manage detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk assessments.

  • Ensure accurate, timely, and consistent project reporting in line with organizational standards.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, RFIs, variations, and change orders.

  • Ensure full compliance with Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health policies, manuals, and procedures.

  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager or supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized and accredited university.

  • 3 years of experience supporting large scale infrastructure or city development projects.

  • Exposure to government or semi-government programs and projects is an added advantage.

  • Basic understanding of project planning, cost control, scheduling, and construction coordination principles.

  • Familiarity with project management and reporting tools such as Primavera P6 and/or MS Project is preferred.

  • Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a willingness to learn.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
