About the Opportunity

We are opening multiple entry-level engineering roles for fresh graduates of Kabul University s Faculty of Engineering. Successful candidates will join our international project teams in either Bahrain or Djibouti, working on infrastructure, energy and facilities projects that directly improve local communities. This position is ideal for ambitious graduates seeking hands-on experience, structured mentorship and rapid career growth in a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior engineers with design calculations, drawings, and specifications (discipline-specific).
  • Support on-site construction supervision, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) and safety audits.
  • Prepare technical reports, material take-offs and progress updates for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics and HSE teams to ensure smooth project execution.
