Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim is offering a Graduate Trainee Program in Finance designed to equip fresh graduates with essential knowledge and hands-on experience in financial planning, analysis, and investment appraisal. The role supports senior team members in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling while preparing participants for long-term careers in finance.
What You ll Do
- Assist in analyzing pricing metrics and new market opportunities
- Support the development and implementation of investment planning models across business units
- Contribute to improving capital allocation and investment appraisal methodologies
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes
- Conduct asset performance analysis and competitive benchmarking
- Stay informed about global finance trends and industry developments
- Provide support for efficiency initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field from an accredited university
- Strong academic performance or prior internship/work experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- 0 2 years of professional experience in finance or related discipline
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
