Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design Production: Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and product teams to design high-quality visuals including banners, product imagery, advertisements, social media graphics, and email campaigns that align with Niceone s brand guidelines.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all graphics and layouts maintain visual consistency and reinforce our brand s tone, voice, and values across all digital touchpoints.
• Creative Concept Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original ideas for campaigns, promos, and digital initiatives that drive engagement and customer loyalty.
• Asset Management: Organize, maintain, and update a shared library of graphic elements, templates, and files for easy accessibility by cross-functional teams.
• Quality Control: Review design outputs for accuracy, clarity, and creative excellence, making revisions as needed based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Design Support: Assist in the creation and adaptation of visual materials for presentations, website updates, and internal communications.
• Adherence to Deadlines: Consistently deliver graphic assets on time in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new digital design tools to innovate within Niceone s creative approach.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma, Canva, or similar online design platforms.
• Portfolio showcasing original design work for digital platforms (please include link or attachments in your application).
• Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and an eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Organizational and time management abilities to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to take feedback constructively and iterate for improvements.
