Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Practical experience using AI design tools (e.g. image generation, enhancement, ideation tools such as Sora, Nano Banana Pro, or similar)
- Ability to follow brand guidelines while improving and extending them
- Solid visual sense (layout, color, typography)
- Organized file management (layers, naming, exports)
- Portfolio demonstrating ads, brand work, and visual consistency
- Degree is optional skill and quality matter more than certificates
