Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop visually stunning marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, and website assets, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that align with marketing objectives and target audience preferences.
- Manage and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring all designs adhere to established standards and contribute to a cohesive brand identity.
- Create and edit engaging video content for social media and other marketing channels, enhancing audience engagement and brand storytelling.
- Design and prepare presentations, reports, and other internal and external communications materials that effectively convey key messages.
- Coordinate and manage print production, liaising with vendors to ensure high-quality printing and timely delivery of marketing collateral.
- Analyze marketing data and design performance metrics to optimize design strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and marketing techniques to enhance creative capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Assist in website design and content updates, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing online presence.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Demonstrates a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design and marketing roles, showcasing a proven track record of successful campaigns.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software, exhibiting technical expertise in visual communication.
Exhibits strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, advertising, and digital marketing, enabling effective campaign development.
Displays excellent communication and collaboration skills, facilitating effective teamwork with marketing and other departments.
Demonstrates exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring high-quality design output.
Possesses strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exhibits a proactive and results-oriented approach, consistently seeking opportunities to improve marketing performance and design effectiveness.
Has experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) , contributing to engaging video content creation.
A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and marketing campaigns is required to demonstrate capabilities and experience.
