Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Video Editing

  • Professionally edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)

  • Add captions, transitions, sound design, and motion graphics

  • Maintain consistent brand aesthetics across different clients

  • Optimize videos for engagement and performance

2. Graphic Design & Branded Posts

  • Create branded Instagram posts and carousels

  • Design social media visuals aligned with client identities

  • Develop templates for recurring content formats

  • Ensure high-quality, clean, and modern design standards

3. Content Production

  • Assist in shooting content (iPhone + camera setups)

  • Capture behind-the-scenes footage and lifestyle content

  • Understand lighting, framing, and composition

  • Occasionally conceptualize simple content ideas

Desired Candidate Profile

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a good eye for aesthetics and detail

  • Understands social media trends

  • Is creative but structured

  • Is reliable and organized

  • Can work independently

  • Is open to feedback and growth

Basic Requirements:

  • Experience with video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)

  • Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

  • Understanding of Instagram & TikTok formats

  • English speaking

Bonus (not required):

  • Based in Dubai

  • Owns a camera

  • Experience with branding
