Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Create high-impact video content for digital marketing campaigns (ads, social media, landing pages, email, etc.)

  2. Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging, performance-driven videos

  3. Design motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using tools like Adobe After Effects

  4. Develop short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) optimized for engagement and conversions

  5. Create AI-generated visuals, animations, and video assets using modern AI tools

  6. Transform static designs into motion assets

  7. Collaborate with performance marketers, copywriters, and designers to align creatives with campaign goals

  8. Conceptualize and storyboard video ideas aligned with brand identity

  9. Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets

  10. Maintain brand consistency across all visuals

  11. Stay up to date with video trends, AI tools, and creative best practices

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. 2+ years of experience in video editing and motion design (agency experience is a plus)

  2. Strong proficiency in:

    • Adobe Premiere Pro

    • Adobe After Effects

    • AI video and image generation tools

  3. Solid graphic design skills (composition, typography, color theory)

  4. Experience with Figma (preferred)

  5. Understanding of performance marketing creatives (CTR-driven ads, hooks, fast pacing)

  6. Ability to create scroll-stopping hooks in the first 3 seconds

  7. Experience creating paid social ads for Meta, TikTok, or YouTube

  8. Strong storytelling and visual communication skills

  9. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently

  10. Comfortable working remotely with clear communication

  11. Portfolio showcasing:

    • Paid ads

    • Motion graphics

    • AI-generated content

    • Short-form vertical videos
