Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the design team in creating visual assets for digital and print media, including social media graphics, advertisements, and packaging.
Support the development and execution of creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and product launches.
Edit and retouch images to ensure high-quality visual presentation across all platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and communications, to deliver cohesive design solutions.
Prepare and organize design files for production and distribution.
Conduct research on current design trends and competitor branding to inform creative decisions.
Assist in maintaining the digital asset library and ensuring proper file management.
Adapt and resize existing designs for various formats and channels as needed.
Receive and incorporate feedback from senior designers and stakeholders to refine design deliverables.
Desired Candidate Profile
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work and proficiency in graphic design principles.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, open office environment.
Strong communication skills and willingness to accept and apply constructive feedback.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
Basic understanding of branding and marketing concepts.
Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Passion for creativity and eagerness to contribute to a dynamic team.
