To develop high-quality visual and digital assets that strengthen internal communication, support employee engagement, and ensure a consistent visual identity across all channels, including OneHub, HTML templates, HTML newsletters, and executive-level presentations. Key Responsibilities: Design visual assets for internal campaigns, announcements, OneHub stories, digital screens, toolkits, and leadership messages. Develop and maintain HTML templates and HTML newsletters to support structured and consistent communication. Create high-level, visually appealing presentations for leadership and organizational initiatives. Translate internal communication messages into clear, engaging, and culturally aligned visuals. Ensure all outputs follow approved brand guidelines and contribute to a unified visual identity. Work closely with the Internal Communications team and internal stakeholders to clarify briefs, understand messaging goals, and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines. Support culture, change, and engagement initiatives with infographics, icons, layouts, and visual toolkits. Create high-quality graphics and visual concepts using AI tools to enhance creativity, speed, and innovation. Coordinate with external agencies when required to ensure alignment with internal brand guideline. Maintain an organized library of design files, templates, and assets, including bilingual (Arabic/English) versions.
