Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Graphic Designer to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for producing visually engaging, innovative, and functional designs that align with the Royal Commission s brand identity. Collaborate on multi-disciplinary design projects to deliver high-impact visual graphics and renderings across various formats, including major reports, presentations, plans, and marketing materials. Develop print and multimedia content, design layouts and templates using Adobe Creative Suite, and ensure consistent, high-quality visual communication across all platforms.

Reports to the Section Manager. Interacts with all Urban Planning Department Sections, respective Section Managers, Section Supervisors and Subject Matter Experts (SME), as required

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design and produce presentation boards, brochures, reports, marketing materials, and Arabic calligraphy for certificates, posters, and large-scale signage.

• Compile and produce comprehensive reports using Adobe InDesign, ensuring professional layout and consistency.

• Proficient with emerging technologies in new media, including video editing and motion graphics.

• Create compelling plans, perspectives, graphics, infographics, designs, and presentations across print and digital media.

• Communicate design ideas effectively to project teams and clients.

• Work both autonomously and collaboratively, balancing image and video graphic capabilities.

• Maintain a detail-oriented approach in all illustrative materials and graphic packages.

• Collaborate with teams to ensure design consistency across various media platforms.

• Stay updated on industry standards, technology advances, social media trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.

• Develop illustrative overlays and rendered visuals.

• Produce photorealistic 3D renderings and animations to effectively communicate design intent.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years experience working as a graphic designer.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and other industry-standard graphic design software.

• Experience with 3D visualization and creating 3D fly/drive/walk-through animations for projects is an advantage.

• Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.

• Portfolio demonstrating creative design abilities and software proficiency.
