Requirements

Create on-brand, high-impact graphics for various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

Design layouts for single-image posts, multi-slide carousels, and campaign series.

Collaborate with the marketing/content team to translate ideas and messages into clear, engaging visuals.

Maintain visual consistency across all designs while adapting content for different formats and sizes.

Stay updated with social media design trends, aesthetics, and performance-driven layouts.

Prepare assets with proper export settings, resolutions, and naming conventions.

Required Skills and Experience

Solid portfolio showcasing social media design work.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva.

Strong sense of typography, spacing, alignment, and visual balance.

Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.

Attention to detail in branding elements such as logo use, fonts, and color palettes.

Familiarity with sizing requirements for different platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with startups or marketing agencies.

Familiarity with brand guidelines and creative systems.

Understanding of basic marketing principles and digital engagement.

Arabic/English bilingual design experience is a plus.
