Roles & Responsibilities

Department: Media & Production
Location: Alexandria.
Job Type: Full-time hybrid.
Reports To: Media Production Manager.

Working Conditions:
  • 5 working days per week (Friday and Saturday off)
  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
  • Hybird: 2days from office in kafr Eldawar and 3days from home.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media channels (especially Youtube, and Facebook)
  • Adapt designs for different formats: posts, stories, banners, ads, thumbnails, etc.
  • Create static visuals, animated posts, carousels, and interactive content tailored to each platform s best practices
  • Collaborate closely with content creators, video editors, and the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding across all assets
  • Maintain and manage a structured digital asset library for efficient access and reuse
  • Stay updated on social media design trends, platform updates, and user interaction techniques
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and overall visual strategy
  • Handle feedback and revisions promptly to meet deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer in a media production company, or digital agency
  • Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics and multi-platform campaigns
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and motion/animation tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro
  • Solid understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
  • Ability to design for diverse formats and audiences, optimizing for engagement and clarity
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
