Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Strategy and creative design
- Design and validate with the marketing director the visual concepts of communication campaigns (print, digital, video, etc.).
- Ensure consistency of visual identity across all media.
Production and validation of creations
- Ensure the quality and visual impact of the content produced.
- Collaborating with the marketing and social media teams to meet communication needs.
Monitoring and innovation
- Follow the graphic trends in the sector.
- To propose innovative ideas to strengthen the brand image.
- Integrate new techniques and tools to improve creative production.
- Coordinate projects with external service providers (agencies, printers, etc.).
- Manage priorities and deadlines according to the needs of the company.
Comp tences techniques
- My mastery of the Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Good knowledge of digital design
- Attention to detail and composition
- Proficiency in editing software (After Effects and Capcut)
Personal qualities
- Creative and proactive
- Fashion sensitivity & sneaker trends
- R active and organs (e)
- Ability to work in a team
Desired Candidate Profile
Formation
- Bac+2 to Bac+5 in graphic design, visual communication or equivalent
- Exp rience
- Minimum 2 years of experience (ideally in fashion or retail)
