Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and design marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, social media content, and digital ads
Ensure all visual content aligns with brand identity and corporate guidelines
Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling visuals for campaigns
Prepare print and digital assets for various media platforms
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, software, and best practices
Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines
Ensure consistency in design quality and compliance with client requirements
Provide creative input and technical support for branding initiatives
Commit to applying ICC Health, Safety & Environment rules and procedures
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
Experience with both print and digital design
Knowledge of ICC Health, Safety & Environment rules and procedures
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio
Preferably experience within engineering or construction sectors
Fluent English is a must
Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong sense of confidentiality, especially regarding sensitive company information
