Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The graphic designer incumbent will be part of the Architecture department and will be responsible for creating new and revising existing documents

  • Review final layouts and suggest improvements, as needed.
  • Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and Web sites.
  • Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts, based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.
  • Use computer software to generate new images.
  • Confer with staff to discuss and determine layout design.
  • Draw and print charts, graphs, illustrations, and other artwork in coordination with relevant parties
  • Study illustrations and photographs to plan presentations of materials, products, or services.
  • Maintain an archive of images, photos, or previous work products.
  • Research new software or design concepts.
  • Design layout of art for proposals
  • Conduct research to inform art, designs, or other work.
  • Operate still or video cameras or related equipment
  • Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design
  • 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer
  • Adobe InDesign
