Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the creation of brand-aligned visual content for social media, websites, events, and campaigns.

Develop and maintain visual identity systems across multiple brands, ensuring consistency and innovation.

Design high-impact presentations, infographics, and marketing materials that communicate complex concepts clearly and attractively.

Collaborate closely with marketing, strategy, and product teams to conceptualize and deliver creative ideas that align with business goals.

Oversee art direction and brand aesthetics across internal and external projects.

Stay ahead of design and digital storytelling trends, continuously improving creative standards and workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 4+ years of professional design experience, preferably in-house or at an agency handling tech, B2B, or innovation-driven brands.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Figma, Canva, or motion tools (After Effects or similar) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to create high-quality digital visuals for social media, web, and print that align with brand strategy.
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and responsive layouts.
  • Video editing or motion graphics skills are a strong advantage for content creation and campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and brand storytelling.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit.
