Roles & Responsibilities

Design engaging visual materials for training sessions, presentations, and workshops.

Create and manage advertising campaigns, including social media visuals, digital ads, and printed materials.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting design elements to drive stronger engagement and higher-quality leads.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital and print media.

Develop graphics for educational content, social platforms, and promotional materials aligned with company goals.

Stay up to date with design trends, accessibility standards, and emerging tools to continually enhance our creative output.

What We re Looking For

  • 0 2 years of design experience (internships and freelance work welcome).
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) And Canva.
  • Strong grasp of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to craft compelling visual content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong visual portfolio.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
