Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop visually compelling graphics and layouts for product packaging, marketing materials, digital campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to translate concepts and briefs into impactful visual assets.
- Maintain and evolve the visual identity and brand guidelines across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and high-quality execution.
- Create original illustrations, icons, and infographics to enhance product presentations and promotional content.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate production of packaging and promotional materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Edit and retouch product photography to meet brand standards and enhance visual appeal.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the brand s visual presence.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Support the development of digital assets for web, email, and online advertising in alignment with marketing objectives.
- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within consumer products, retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across print and digital media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding principles.
- Experience preparing files for print production and working with external vendors.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, polished work.
- Willingness to work onsite in a dynamic, office-based environment.
